Is NaBrO4 an acid or base or salt?

The short answer is – NaBrO4 is neither an acid nor a base. It is a neutral salt. NaBrO4 is a salt made from the neutralization of strong acid (HBrO4) and a strong base (NaOH). Its pH value is equal to 7.
